As part of an ongoing partnership with the BC Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, Sandbox produced a mixed-format video to showcase the essential support provided by WorkBC. Featuring Rosita Bernardo, an Employment Counsellor with a decade of experience, the video illustrates how WorkBC welcomes all job seekers and helps them identify strengths, remove blockers, and build action plans for sustainable employment. To ensure these insights resonate, we combined live-action footage and interviews with motion graphic animations, using elements like floating text bubbles to maximize retention of key takeaways. The video promotes the free resources available at WorkBC Centres, which range from career planning and skills training to financial support for childcare and tuition, ultimately demonstrating how WorkBC positions job seekers for success.
