We created two animated explainer videos for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe High Commissioner on National Minorities to introduce two sets of continent-wide policy recommendations: the Lund Recommendations on the Effective Participation of National Minorities in Public Life and the Hague Recommendations on the Education Rights of National Minorities. We visualized the topics of ethnic tensions and conflict prevention through abstract illustration and smooth motion design. To enhance the reach and accessibility of these videos, we provided voiceovers and subtitles in English, Russian, Ukranian, Romanian, Macedonian, Albanian and Serbian.
