Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) secures Canada's coasts and manages its fisheries and freshwater resources. We supported this department during a widespread change management process in which they implemented a new accounting and resource management system which required training for many departmental employees across the country. This series of animated explainer videos helps to inform employees in English and French on these business process changes and provide guidance on system functionality. We took an illustrated animation approach to these videos, following DFO brand guidelines for colour, and using motion graphic text and icons to highlight important information.
